Compilation of Central Civil Service Leave Rules, 2023 FRSR Part III

The speciality of this edition is that the book has been thoroughly revamped, revised and updated. The text of CCS (Leave) Rules 1972 as amended up to date (given in bold font) is supported by Government of India Decisions, D.G. and P&T. Instructions, Audit Instructions and C&AGs Decisions (contained in a box), arranged under the relevant rule, in a logical manner, for better understanding of the subject. Besides, Government of India Decisions relating to Admissibility of Leave to Temporary Status Casual Labourers, Officers Appointed on Contract Basis, Grant of Casual Leave and Special Casual Leave and List of Recognised Institutions for Treatment of Leprosy, Cancer and Mental Illness have been compiled and included as Appendices in the Book.
